how do I use my
milano pass?

Buy

Buy your pass here, or directly from the Milano Pass App.

Buy your pass from the website or the Milano Pass App, then log in to the App with the email you used to purchase and your booking number.

Don’t worry, from your purchase date you have 365 days to activate your pass or ask a refund!

Activate

Activate your pass to start planning your trip.

Select the day from which you wish to activate the pass, and it will automatically be valid for the next three days. For example, if you activate the pass on Monday, you will have Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to visit as many attractions as you wish. The pass will conclude at midnight on Wednesday.

Remember that, once you activated your pass, you will no longer be able to request a refund.

Explore the activites and book those that require it.

Certain activities will require a reservation. If this is the case, you'll find all booking information in the individual attraction pages of our app. Once you book the activity, the app will generate a PDF that you will have to show on site, so remember to have it handy!
